The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of California (IIABCal) entrusted me with the redesign and development of their website, a project that played a pivotal role in strengthening their ability to serve thousands of members across the state. This work required balancing modern design practices with strategic integrations to ensure the site became a true hub for advocacy, education, and member resources.

Through a collaborative approach, I delivered a mobile-friendly, intuitive, and scalable platform featuring seamless AMS integration, streamlined navigation, and easy-to-manage content. The result was a website that not only elevated member engagement but also reinforced IIABCal’s mission to advocate for independent insurance agents during a time of critical industry challenges.
